How this capability works
Retailers do not buy shipments; they buy a season. The Contract & Programmes module turns an accepted quote into a supply agreement with a defined volume envelope and call-off schedule.
Each programme tracks committed versus called-off versus delivered tonnage, so both sides always know where the season stands with no reconciliation calls.
Programmes are backed by estate allocation: when a contract is signed, volume is ring-fenced in the availability book and shown as Reserved.
