Value Addition Processing Plant
The circular economy engine.
Grade A goes to export, Grade B becomes premium value-added product, Grade C feeds industrial lines — and every peel, seed and leaf becomes energy or extract. Nothing leaves as waste.

What this zone does
The plant sits minutes from the orchard, so fruit that does not make the export grade never travels to become a loss. It is graded, diverted and processed inside the same shift.
Six lines run under one roof: fresh pack, puree and concentrate, dried and confection, cold-press juice, cosmetic-grade butter and oils, and biomass energy recovery.
The result is a single harvest with six revenue routes and a zero-waste balance sheet — the physical proof of the estate's circularity claim.
How It Runs
- 01IntakeField crates arrive pre-cooled and are weighed against the harvest record.
- 02GradeFruit is graded A/B/C and diverted to export, value-add or industrial lines.
- 03ConvertEach stream is processed, packed and batch-coded to its destination market.
- 04RecoverResidue is routed to extraction and biomass energy — the loop closes.
Operating Commitments
- Fruit graded and diverted within six hours of harvest
- Batch-level traceability from block to finished pack
- Zero organic waste to landfill, verified quarterly
Inside the zone, end to end
Grading & Diversion
Optical and manual grading routes every fruit to its highest-value destination in-shift.
Puree & Concentrate
Aseptic puree and concentrate lines for industrial and beverage buyers.
Dried & Confection
Premium dried mango, chips and gift-grade confections under the CRAFT line.
Cosmetic Extraction
Kernel oil and mango butter pressed for the VITA wellness and beauty range.
Biomass Energy
Peel and stone residue converted to biogas that powers the plant itself.
Traceable Batching
Every batch carries the originating block and harvest date into the ledger.
Zero-Waste Yield Modeller
Enter an intake tonnage and grade split to see how a harvest converts across every line — including energy recovery.
Grade C absorbs the remainder. Residue — peel, stone and trim — is fixed at 18% of intake and never leaves as waste.
