Overview

What this zone does

The Academy exists because the technology is worthless without the people who run it. Every module is taught on the estate's own equipment, data and export programmes.

Four tracks run in parallel cohorts: Digital Farming, Export Compliance, Agripreneurship and Women's Leadership. Each ends in a portfolio assessment, not just a certificate.

Graduates enter the outgrower network, the estate's own teams or the incubator — the pipeline is designed to keep talent inside the ecosystem.
